I want to remind you that the The Porn Event will kick off this Sunday, May 23, and will run through May 28. This event is a partnership between LifeChurch.tv and XXXChurch.com in an effort to free men and women from the harmful effects of pornography.
This Sunday afternoon, we will be hosting a time for men at the Northwest campus to come together and watch The Porn Event live. We will meet in the Loop Room at 1:50pm and begin watching the presentation at 2:00pm. This will be a great opportunity to not just watch the event, but to also learn from it and apply it to our lives. If you plan on attending, please email Robert Davis at Robert.Davis@lifechurch.tv. Snacks will be served.
There are also several opportunities to lead a follow up group online for the next six weeks. Several of our men have committed to coming alongside other men to assist them in the battle. You can learn more by visiting Thepornevent.com. You can sign up to lead a group at Lead.thepornevent.com.

MoMENtum is looking for a few good men… to play softball. The men’s ministry group at the Northwest campus is forming a softball team that will begin playing on March 22nd. There is space for around 14 men to play on the team. Additionally, the group is looking for someone to coach the team. Estimated fees per player will be around $50 to $60. This fee will help cover league registration and t-shirts. The team will typically play on Thursday nights at the Legacy Sportsplex on NW 122nd, between Western and Santa Fe.
If you or someone in your LifeGroup is interested in joining the team, please contact Jim Pierce at jpierce757@hotmail.com.
