LifeGroup Leader Dinner

LifeGroup leaders, our awesome LifeGroups and Missions Pastor Robert Davis will be hosting a dinner for all current leaders and those considering leading a LifeGroup on Friday, July 16 at 6:30 pm. During the evening, we will hear about the future of LifeGroups and learn about some great tools that will help you in leading your group. We meet at Robert’s home, so please RSVP via email to Robert.Davis@lifechurch.tv to get directions. This will also be a great opportunity to invite someone in your LifeGroup who has expressed interest in leading their own group.

LifeGroup Leader Training on June 27

Northwest LifeGroup leaders, the time has come for us all to come together once again for some important leadership training. The training will take place on Sunday, June 27 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm in the Crosstown room at the Northwest campus. During this time, you will hear about the vision for LifeGroups at the Northwest campus from Pastor Robert Davis and learn about new resources available for leaders including a new database and group management tool called Groups 2.0. It doesn’t matter if you are a new LifeGroup leader or a longtime leader, there will be something new for everyone to learn about. You do not want to miss this training. Summer Break for LifeGroup Childcare and KONNECT

LifeGroup leaders, I want to remind that there will be no LifeGroup childcare or KONNECT after tonight on Wednesdays at the Northwest campus. Both programs will resume this fall. In the meantime, we encourage you to include your children in your LifeGroup during the summer break.

Furthermore, the content development team at LifeChurch.tv is working on some great family studies that you can do with your children during the At the Movies sermon series this summer. These studies will be a great opportunity for you to watch a family-oriented movie together and then discuss the Biblical principles that were evident in the movie. We will have more details on this great curriculum soon.

Action LifeGroups Are Now Forming

The Spring season is a great time to connect with people while doing something fun outdoors, so that’s why we’re forming Action Groups! What kind of activity would you like to participate in? Golfing, bicycling, walking, gardening, landscaping? Action Groups will be posted at www.findalifegroup.tv, so you can find one that’s right for you.

If you would like to start an Action Group, or if your current LifeGroup would like to change directions for a season, just follow the steps below!

1. Define your Action Group
Decide what type of group (golfing, cycling, running, gardening, landscaping, etc)
you would like to lead. Decide when and where your group will meet.

2. Apply for Action Group
Fill out the LifeGroup Leader Application. Applications available at the LifeGroups table in the lobby.

3.Publicize your Action Group
List your group online at www.findalifegroup.tv.

4. Promote your Action Group
Designate a time to be at the LifeGroups table in the lobby during weekend
experiences to recruit people for and to promote your group.

5. Activate your Action Group
Start the group and have fun meeting new people and developing community.
